The distillery in the old calf stables
There has never been a distillery on the farm before. Now we have built it into the old calf stalbes. Great-grandpa would have liked that, that's what our parents say. We love the materials - copper and stainless steel. And they look beautiful when the light is falling through the old stable windows.

Our ingredients are first class. Fair trade is the minimum, if possible organic. We are harvesting from our orchard which hasn't seen fertilizers in a long time.
